What Evryroom is
Evryroom indexes property listings published by other portals and shows them on one map. We do not own, sell or represent any property, and we are not an estate agent. Every listing belongs to the portal that published it, and a reveal takes you to that portal’s own advertisement.
Browsing is free
The map, the photos, the prices, the size, the rooms and every filter are free and require no account. You also get one free seller reveal, for as long as you use the site.
What a pass buys
A pass lets you reveal the seller on a listing: the portal that published it, the agency, the advertisement reference and a link to the original advertisement. It does not give unlimited reveals.
- Search — €149 a quarter or €69 a month, 10 reveals in any seven days.
- Pro — €349 a quarter or €149 a month, 40 reveals in any seven days.
The allowance is a rolling seven-day window, not a calendar week: a reveal you spend today becomes available again seven days later. A listing you have already revealed stays open permanently and never costs a second reveal.
Payment, renewal and cancelling
Prices are in euro and include VAT at the rate of your country. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. A pass renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your pass, or from any device by entering the email you paid with on Stripe’s billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your reveals until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds and your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Email hello@evryroom.com within fourteen days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. We may decline a repeated refund on the same email address where the pass has clearly been used.
Fair use
A pass is for one person searching for property. The weekly allowance exists because the contact information is the thing being sold. Automated collection, resale or redistribution of listing or contact data is not permitted, and we may end a pass that does it, with a refund of the unused period.
Accuracy
Listing information comes from the portals and can be wrong, out of date or already sold. We show when we last saw a listing live. Check every material fact with the seller before you act on it.
